If you’re struggling getting a decent connection when play Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare multiplayer, it may be to do with your NAT Type. Ideally, when you test your internet connection on your PlayStation 4 you want to get NAT Type 2, and you don’t want to get NAT Type 3. Please follow the instructions in the following post, How to Change Your NAT Type on PS4 and PS3, but the full list of ports you need for Infinite Warfare itself are listed below:
- TCP: 80, 443, 1935
- TCP and UDP: 3478-3480, 3074, 3075
For ease you might want to port forward on TCP and UDP for everything, please ensure you port forward the ports listed in the ‘How to Change your NAT Type on PS4 and PS3’ as well as these are required for the PSN to work. This should let you get a decent connection on your game if you’re having issues.
