A lot of users have found our changing NAT Type article helpful over the last few weeks, but some continue to have issues with games such as Destiny, which tells you specifically whether you have a Strict NAT Type. I mentioned at the end of the original article the following, “Other games will have additional ports that need to be forwarded, but these are based on each game. The developers will probably post details whenever a game is released on their community forums.”

Bungie has provided us with the ports that need to be opened in order to get Destiny working as intended, so in addition to the ports mentioned in the link above, please also open the following for both TCP and UDP connections, inbound and outbound (for simplicity):
Opening these ports should get you to NAT Type 2 (Moderate) hopefully.
