We thought we’d start early with the E3 predictions, so this one is a more obvious one, which has a very high likelihood of being true. We’re sure that Naughty Dog will come on stage at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) 2014 to announce the full name and release date for Uncharted 4, as well as provide a release date for The Last of Us Remastered for PlayStation 4, and possibly plans for some sort of upgrade path for the game.
There’s also a good possibility of there being a game demo of Uncharted 4, but we’d guess that Sony will only show a trailer for The Last of Us Remastered as it is not really a brand new game. The Last of Us Remastered is rumoured to be releasing in late June or early July, and with The Order: 1886 supposedly coming this holiday season, we’re unsure whether Uncharted 4’s release date will be November 2014 as everyone seems to expect. On the other hand, would Sony be willing to delay this game to November 2015, or release outside of the holiday season window?
We’re not sure about that last bit, because Sony has shown that they are willing to release big games throughout the year, but whether they’d risk that with an Uncharted game is the question.
